Try this drink:
1 TBS fresh lemon
Dash cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon best)
A few whole cloves or dash ground
1 Tsp Tumeric (fresh is best but dried powder works)
1-2 inch piece of fresh ginger(ground would work but fresh is best)
2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
3 cloves garlic
2 TBS honey (add at the end)
Simmer with some water at least 3 cups I'd say but depending on how potent you want it. If possible use fresh or freshly ground ingredients but others will work too.
